We are currently recruiting for a highly organised and confident Administrator to support a busy HR team on a temporary 3 month basis.
This is a varied role suited to someone with strong administrative experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting a busy HR function with day to day administration
Taking accurate minutes during meetings
Drafting and sending follow-up correspondence and letters
Assisting with documentation linked to HR processes
Providing general administrative support as required
We are looking for someone who is:
A strong and confident administrator
Experienced in minute taking and written communication
Able to handle confidential information appropriately
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
HR experience is beneficial but not essential, we are equally open to strong administrators who are keen to develop in this area.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 1–2 days per week in the Grantham office, with the remainder working from home.
