Job Description

Skills can be developed—attitude and fit are everything. Our client is a growing UK finance brokerage working with SMEs across construction, transport, plant equipment, and more. The leadership team came from corporate finance backgrounds but built something deliberately different—less corporate, more personality. No egos, no suits-for-the-sake-of-it, just driven people who get deals done and enjoy the process. The Role You’ll be at the heart of the operation, supporting a team of brokers who rely on speed and accuracy to secure deals. Your main focus will be managing a busy inbox where new deal enquiries come in—making sure everything is quickly reviewed, correctly allocated, and moved through the process without delay. You’ll also: * Support brokers with day-to-day admin on live deals * Process proposals, acceptances, and key documentation * Maintain accurate data within the CRM system (FCA-regulated environment) * Communicate confidently with brokers and internal teams * Help keep the office running smoothly This role will naturally grow into a broader sales Admin support position as the business continues to expand. The Details * Monday–Thursday: 8:30am – 4:00pm * Friday: 8:30am – 3:30pm * 36.5 hours per week * £12.71 per hour * Free parking * 25 days holiday + bank holidays (once permanent) * Pension, death in service & critical illness cover (once permanent) * Regular socials, Friday quizzes, stocked fridge
