💼 HR Advisor - Be the Heart of Our People Experience
📍 Location: Bathgate (Office Based)
💰Salary: £35-40k per annum
🕒Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday to Friday
📄Contract Type: Temporary (2-3 months)

What You'll Be Doing:
Own the HR inbox - you'll be the first point of contact for queries, ensuring quick, clear, and supportive responses.
Lead on-boarding with impact - manage all new starter processes, from contracts to welcome packs, making every first day feel special.
Take charge of ER cases - guide managers through absence reviews, disciplinaries, and grievances with confidence and care.
Keep employee records accurate and confidential.
Support recruitment and help create a great candidate experience.
Drive engagement and well-being initiatives that make work better for everyone.
What We're Looking For:
Solid HR advisory experience, especially in ER case management.
A natural organiser who can juggle priorities without breaking a sweat.
Excellent communication skills and a discreet, professional approach.
Confident with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
A proactive problem-solver who loves working with people.
