HR Advisor

Wellingborough 

Full-time, Office-based 

Up to £35,000

We're on the lookout for an HR Advisor who's passionate about people and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is your chance to join a close-knit HR and help shape the employee experience from the inside out.

What you'll be doing:

Be the go-to for HR advice on everything from performance to policies.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
Drive engagement, learning, and development initiatives.
Keep things compliant, organised, and running smoothly behind the scenes.
Get involved in everything from absence management to charity events and apprenticeships.What we're looking for:

Solid HR experience (ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings).
Confident communicator who can challenge constructively and suggest improvements.
Strong grasp of UK employment law and HR best practices.
CIPD Level 5 (or working towards it).
Detail-oriented, approachable, and ready to roll up your sleeves.
