We’re recruiting for a proactive and hands-on HR Advisor to join a well-established private hospital in Redditch. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, reporting directly to the CEO, and play a key role in shaping and supporting a high-performing clinical and operational workforce.
🔍 The Role
As HR Advisor, you’ll take ownership of the full employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance, engagement, and best practice across the hospital.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing end-to-end onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
*
Supporting and managing sickness absence and employee relations cases
*
Leading on appraisals, performance reviews, and staff development processes
*
Producing monthly HR reports for senior leadership
*
Reviewing and updating contracts of employment and HR policies
*
Supporting health & safety policies and compliance
*
Contributing to clinical governance frameworks from an HR perspective
*
Overseeing and enhancing employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives
👤 About You
We’re looking for someone who is confident, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
You’ll ideally have:

CIPD Level 3 minimum (preferably working towards Level 5)
*
Proven experience in a generalist HR role
*
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
*
Experience within healthcare or a regulated environment (desirable)
*
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
*
A proactive, solution-focused approach
