Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be working exclusively with a fantastic organisation in the search for an experienced HR Advisor to join their busy People Team.

This is a genuinely varied and ‘hands-on’ role where no two days will be the same. Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll provide end-to-end HR support across the Group, balancing day-to-day HR administration with more complex ER, HR projects and systems development.

Based in Segensworth, this is a full-time, office-based position with a salary of up to £40,000 depending on experience, plus a 10% bonus.

What you’ll do:

Provide end-to-end HR support across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to offboarding.
	
Act as a key point of contact for ER matters, supporting managers with performance, absence and probation processes.
	
Provide practical guidance on HR policies, procedures and UK employment legislation.
	
Assist with wellbeing, engagement and company initiatives.
	
Support the implementation of new HR systems and continuous improvement projects.
	
Maintain accurate HR systems, records and documentation.
	
Support payroll administration, including salary, holiday, sickness and leaver calculations.
	
Manage benefits administration and maintain training and compliance records.
	
Support audits and provide general HR assistance across the Group as required.

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience in a broad HR Advisor or generalist HR role.
	
Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and the ability to apply it pragmatically.
	
Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with confidence working with spreadsheets, metrics and HR calculations.
	
Exceptional attention to detail and a highly organised approach.
	
Experience handling sensitive employee matters with discretion, professionalism and a human-centred approach.
	
The ability to balance commercial considerations with a positive employee experience.
	
CIPD Level 5 would be highly beneficial.
	
Experience with Rippling and/or Workday would be advantageous.
