Michael Page HR are delighted to be partnering with a highly successful manufacturing organisation in Hinckley to appoint for a HR Manager role.
Due to the nature of this sector, the role will mostly be a site based role of circa 4-5 days per week onsite.
Description
Reporting to the CFO and partnering with management and leadership at this busy, multi-site manufacturing organisation, the role of HR Manager will oversee a small HR team and take responsibility for the full people life-cycle, dealing with all operational and strategic matters to ensure a first class HR offering to this growing organisation.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Ensure all HR policies, procedures and systems are effective and fit for purpose
Oversee recruitment, on-boarding, and talent management processes.
Manage employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
Monitor and improve employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Lead performance management and professional development programmes.
Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture.
Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.
Work with leadership to assess training needs and develop appropriate training initiatives
Oversee T&A systemProfile
Ideal applicants will have a proven background in a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing/industrial sectors.
Ideally you will hold a CIPD qualification
