We are pleased to be working with a prestigious organisation in Oxford who are seeking an experienced HR Officer on a fixed-term contract.
The role will involve managing a broad range of HR responsibilities including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, absence management, payroll support, HR administration, and UKVI compliance.
The ideal candidate will have:
. Previous HR generalist experience
. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR processes
. Excellent organisational and communication skills
. High attention to detail and confidentiality
CIPD Level 5 experience would be advantageous but not essential.
