Ensure Compliance: Stay ahead of environmental and safety legislation, prepare detailed compliance reports, and provide expert guidance.
Inspire Teams: Design and deliver impactful training and coaching sessions, empowering employees to embrace sustainability and safety practices.
Innovate and Improve: Use data-driven insights to continuously enhance HSE performance and introduce cutting-edge solutions.What You'll Bring:
Environmental Expertise: Strong knowledge of environmental compliance, sustainability initiatives, and regulations, including ISO 14001 or similar standards.
Safety Credentials: NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management (or equivalent) and ideally Chartered IOSH status.
Proven Experience: A track record of success in manufacturing environments, with an understanding of DSEAR, PUWER, and COSHH.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change, engage teams, and deliver measurable results.
Continuous Improvement Mindset: A passion for innovation and best practices in both environmental and safety management.
