They have an excellent opportunity for a Mobile HVAC Engineer to join their technical team, supporting sites across East London, broadly covering the Dagenham, Bexleyheath and Dartford areas.
The Role
You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting a wide range of heating, cooling and associated building systems across commercial environments, including some critical settings.
What You’ll Be Looking After
Conduct routine servicing of HVAC systems, ensuring all equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
Diagnose and resolve faults across chillers, split systems, air handling units and ventilation plant.
Monitor and adjust control systems such as BMS where required.
Provide swift and effective responses to unplanned breakdowns, keeping downtime to a minimum.
Work in line with all relevant Health & Safety procedures and promote a safe working culture on every site.
Record all actions, parts used and site findings clearly within service and maintenance documentation.
Maintain a tidy and professional approach to tool use, vehicle stock and site presence.
Support an out-of-hours on-call rota when scheduled.
Liaise with site teams and supervisors to keep them updated on work progress and technical issues.
Assist with additional building services tasks when requested by management or the client.
Who You Are
* At least 3 years experience working in the United Kingdom
*
Experienced in HVAC, refrigeration or mechanical/electrical maintenance.
*
NVQ/C&G Refrigeration qualification (or equivalent).
*
F-Gas / refrigerant handling certificate.
*
Electrically competent or fully qualified electrically.
*
Background in critical environments (such as data centres) is helpful but not essential.
*
Understanding of Permit to Work processes.
*
Knowledge of BMS systems is an advantage.
*
Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships.
*
Health & Safety trained or willing to complete required training.

Up to £50,000 DOE

Call-out allowance (£125 + 4 hours)
