Job Title: Industrial Designer

Experience: 1–3 years minimum industry experience in physical product development

Job Type: Full-time

Holidays: 33 days (including bank holidays)

The Role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Industrial Designer to join our agile, collaborative team. This role is ideal for a curious, self-motivated designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple stages of product development—from concept to manufacturing. The role combines idea generation, aesthetic development, and practical design grounded in real-world constraints.

Key Responsibilities

  * Generate innovative concepts that excite clients and elevate product value

  * Apply strong aesthetic sensibility to deliver elegant and desirable designs

  * Create compelling visuals and presentations to communicate ideas

  * Develop high-quality parametric CAD models (SolidWorks essential; mesh/poly modelling a bonus)

Essential Skills & Experience

  * 1–3 years of professional industrial design experience

  * Understanding of material, mechanism, manufacturing, and cost limitations

  * Excellent parametric modelling skills (SolidWorks preferred)

  * Strong sketching ability (hand or digital)

  * Skilled in photorealistic rendering (Blender preferred)

  * Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom)

  * Workshop and prototyping experience

  * Confident communicator with client-facing experience

  * Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines independently

  * Strong attention to detail

  * Comfortable working on multiple concurrent projects

  * Positive, problem-solving attitude
