Senior Kitchen Designer - Luxury Kitchens

Location: West Sussex

Salary: £40k Basic + Commission + Bonus, free parking

About the Role

They are seeking a talented and experienced full-time Kitchen Designer to join their professional and friendly team.

This is a varied and rewarding role that involves creating bespoke kitchen designs, building strong client relationships, and managing projects from initial concept through to successful installation.

You will guide customers through the entire journey — understanding their needs, presenting creative design solutions, and ensuring each project is delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  * 

    Welcoming customers into the showroom and providing expert advice

  * 

    Designing kitchens and other room settings using Winner software

  * 

    Managing customer projects from initial design through to installation

  * 

    Placing and managing orders with suppliers

  * 

    Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring they have all necessary information

  * 

    Maintaining clear and consistent communication with customers throughout the process

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong background in kitchen design and sales within a luxury showroom environment, along with a passion for delivering exceptional results.

You will:

  * 

    Have at least 5 years’ experience in kitchen design and sales

  * 

    Have experience with German kitchens, in-frame kitchens, and fitted furniture (preferred)

  * 

    Be highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

  * 

    Work in a structured, methodical way and consistently meet deadlines

  * 

    Be creative with a strong eye for detail

  * 

    Be self-motivated and able to work independently

  * 

    Have a solid understanding of technical product specifications

  * 

    Be a strong team player, able to build trust and rapport with customers and colleagues

  * 

    Have hands-on experience with Winner and EQ software

  * 

    Hold a full UK driving licence
