We are looking for ambitious Recruitment Consultants and Senior Consultants to join our growing team. With eight offices nationwide, our brand is well-established across the Construction and Industrial sectors, supported by a candidate database of over 70,000 skilled trades and labour professionals. We are searching for a driven recruiter to join our busy Lincoln office to expand our presence in the supply to Industrial & Logistics markets.

The Role

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to play a key role in identifying, attracting, and winning new business within the Industrial and Logistics sector. This is a full 360 sales role, requiring proactive new business development through cold calling, site visits, and using initiative to build relationships via alternative and creative methods. You will be responsible for opening doors within existing accounts to maximise opportunities and grow revenue. To succeed, you must be resilient, highly motivated, and financially driven, with the determination to overcome challenges and deliver consistent results.

Key Responsibilities

  * 

    Canvassing new business opportunities via; cold calling and site visits

  * 

    Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of client opportunities including and candidate availability

  * 

    Creating and managing job adverts across job boards, LinkedIn and social media platforms

  * 

    Sourcing candidates for Warehousing/Production, Logistics and Transport/Driving roles

  * 

    Pre-screening and qualifying candidates and candidate registrations

Working Hours

  * 

    Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:30

  * 

    20 days annual leave + Bank Holidays off

  * 

    One week off over the Christmas period

  * 

    Additional holiday added each year + birthday off

Salary & Benefits

    £28,100 - £32,000 salary (depending on experience)

    Market leading commission structure up to 25% FLAT
