Job Description

As an Insolvency Administrator in Dunfermline, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of insolvency cases, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is key in supporting the business services sector by handling cases with care and precision. Client Details This company operates within the business services industry and is based in Dunfermline. Description Manage a portfolio of insolvency cases, including liquidations, administrations, and bankruptcies. Prepare statutory reports and documentation in line with regulatory requirements. Liaise with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders to resolve case matters effectively. Conduct investigations into the financial affairs of insolvent companies or individuals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records. Assist in the preparation of reports for senior management. Ensure compliance with relevant insolvency legislation and best practices. Provide administrative support to the wider insolvency team as needed.Profile A successful Insolvency Administrator should have: Previous experience in insolvency or a related field. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with insolvency legislation and procedures. Proficiency in using relevant software and systems. A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Job Offer Salary between £27,000 and £35,000, dependent on the level of experience.
