This is a busy and responsible role where you will be overseeing and managing the end-to-end installation process of products, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety regulations. You will play a crucial part in delivering high-standard installations while leading and supporting the installation teams to meet business objectives
Your role will involve:
* Daily management of the Installation Coordinators, overseeing all active projects and providing expert technical support to the wider team, resolving all site issues in a timely manner
* Approving and ordering additional products and materials when required
* Communicating with relevant departments within the wider business regarding job statuses
* Managing customer debt, ensuring it is kept to a minimum, completing site visits when required
* Ensuring all projects are adequately controlled, resolving customer complaints and disputes in a timely and professional manner
* Ensuring that subcontractors comply with the ‘Code of Conduct’ and that installation teams have adequate supplies of uniform and PPE
* Acting as the main point of contact for the designated Building Control company
* Continually striving to identify department efficiencies, adopting and implementing all business processes and procedures and ensuring Health and Safety and regulatory compliance
You will be the ideal candidate due to your:
* Technical expertise within a similar role, covering the installation processes and completing quality fitting works
* Management experience with a confident, personable and resilient personality
* Excellent levels of motivation, adaptability and the ability to resolve issues
* Construction, Health and Safety and CDM knowledge
* Familiarity with MS Office
* Driving licence
* Knowledge of various trades with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complete site inspections
