Insurance Advisor - Bradford

Basic salary £24,750 + bonus (up to £6k) | OTE circa £30k

Monday-Friday | 8:30am-5:30pm (8:30-4:30 / 9:30-5:30) shifts | No weekends!

The role of a Insurance Advisor

As part of a brand-new team of multi-skilled Insurance Advisors, you’ll:

  * Handle inbound and outbound customer customer service calls about a range of Insurance policies

  * Deliver excellent customer service while also spotting opportunities to have sales conversations

  * Put the customer at the heart of every interaction

  * Uphold the highest standards in line with financial services expectations

This is a new and growing department - meaning plenty of opportunity for career progression as the team expands.

About you

  * Previous Customer Service or Sales experience is essential

  * Financial services experience is desirable, but not essential

  * You’ll be confident, customer-focused, and motivated to deliver great results
