Interim Registered Manager needed - Learning Disabilities & Mental Health Care Home (Kent)

📍 Location: Kent

Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Manager ready to make a meaningful impact in a specialist care setting? We're seeking an exceptional interim leader to support a well-established care home for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs in East Sussex.

About the Role

As Interim Registered Manager, you'll provide hands-on leadership and operational oversight to ensure the highest standards of care, compliance, and team performance. You'll work closely with staff, families, and external professionals to maintain a safe, person-centred environment that promotes independence and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the care home

Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies

About You

Registered Manager with proven experience in LD and mental health settings
