Are you a seasoned supported living manager looking for your next commissioning contract? Our client is seeking a Registered Service Manager to lead and expand their Supported Living service in North East London. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a family-run organisation dedicated to providing exceptional care and support. Package: £45-55K per year. Full-time position based in Stratford, UK. Opportunities for tailored training and development. Access to internal targeted training and work-based tasks. The Registered Service Manager will: Hold and maintain appropriate CQC registration for the service and continue to grow the client base. Collaborate with the organisation's owners for strategic planning. Lead and support Team Leaders, Support Workers, and other colleagues. Ensure compliance with contractual regulations and quality assurance. The ideal Registered Service Manager will have: Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent. Experience with CQC regulations and as a Registered Manager. A full clean driving licence and access to a car.
