Intermediate Mechanical Estimator 
 Sevenoaks (Office-Based)

I'm working with a growing air conditioning contractor who is looking for an Intermediate Mechanical Estimator to join their team in Sevenoaks, working across a strong pipeline of commercial projects up to £200k.

The Role

You'll be heavily involved in the day-to-day estimating function, producing a high volume of quotations and supporting tenders from enquiry through to handover.

Producing detailed quotations and pricing for projects up to £200k
Working on tenders, cover letters and submissions
Reviewing drawings, specs and tender documents
Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for accurate pricing
Speaking directly with clients and internal teams
Supporting smooth handover to project delivery teamsWhat You'll Need

Experience in mechanical estimating (HVAC/Building Services)
Confident in producing quotes and tender submissions
Comfortable speaking with clients and stakeholders
Strong attention to detail with a commercial mindset
Keen to grow and develop within estimatingThe successful Intermediate Estimator will be on up to £55,000, depending on experience + pension + package.
