Internal Account Manager - The Role:

We're looking for a new Internal Account Manager to join our high-performing sales team. You'll work alongside an experienced Account Director, learning directly from some of the best in the industry while supporting and engaging with customers and prospects via phone, email, video calls, and face-to-face meetings. The role is primarily office-based, but you'll also have opportunities to accompany Account Director to customer meetings throughout the UK.

Internal Account Manager – Key Responsibilities:

- Building strong relationships with prospects, customers, vendors and internal teams

- Working closely with an Account Director to identify and develop opportunities

- Obtaining vendor pricing and completing deal registrations

- Preparing customer quotations and proposals

- Proactively following up quotations and progressing opportunities

- Maintaining accurate records and managing your sales pipeline effectively

- Learning KHIPU's solutions, services and customer base through structured training and mentorship

Internal Account Manager – You:

- Self-motivated, driven and eager to succeed

- Comfortable stepping outside your comfort zone and embracing new challenges

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- The self-awareness to recognise areas for improvement and the determination to develop them

- A natural curiosity and willingness to learn from experienced sales professionals

- The resilience to keep pushing opportunities forward and help close business

- Excellent organisation, follow-up and diary management skills

- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment

Essential:

- A genuine desire to build a career in sales

- Fluent spoken and written English

- Excellent written communication skills, particularly in customer-facing emails

- Positive, outgoing and enthusiastic attitude

- Ability to work effectively under pressure

- Professional and courteous at all times

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK

- Enjoy being part of a team that works hard, celebrates success and supports each other

- Graduate level education or equivalent (desirable)

- Previous customer service, account management or sales experience (desirable)
