My client, a respected supplier within the construction sector, is currently seeking an Internal Sales Advisor to join their busy, customer‑focused team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and has a proactive approach to driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and email enquiries, ensuring a high standard of customer care
Develop and nurture effective working relationships with trade clients and business partners
Advise customers on products, pricing and availability, preparing quotes where required
Accurately manage orders and maintain customer account information
Assist field sales colleagues by identifying opportunities and carrying out follow-up activity
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records within the CRM system
Skills
Background in sales or customer support, ideally within a B2B environment
Clear and confident communicator with the ability to build rapport
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated, enthusiastic and collaborative team player
Comfortable using IT systems; experience with CRM platforms is an advantage

£27,000 - £30,000 basic salary + performance‑related bonus
