📍 Manchester City Centre (Hybrid – 2 days WFH)
💰 Salary up to £35,000 + Commission (OTE £50,000)
About the Role
We are currently seeking a driven and ambitious Internal Sales Executive to join our growing team based in Manchester city centre. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to play a key role in generating revenue by engaging with both prospective and existing customers.
You will be responsible for promoting our courses and services, handling enquiries, and closing sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers
* Handle inbound sales enquiries effectively and professionally
* Present and promote services in a clear, engaging, and persuasive manner
* Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
* Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
* Handle objections confidently and negotiate to close sales
* Accurately record customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM system
* Follow up on leads and maintain strong ongoing customer relationships
* Stay up to date with products, pricing, and promotions
* Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations (e.g. data protection)

* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
* Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
* Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment
