Job Description

Internal Sales Manager / Sales & Marketing Manager / Strategic Sales Manager required to join a growing HVAC supplier.

 The successful Internal Sales Manager / Sales & Marketing Manager / Strategic Sales Manager will drive new business growth while leading the company’s marketing strategy, playing a key role in the long-term succession plan with a clear pathway towards Director level.

 The Internal Sales Manager / Sales & Marketing Manager / Strategic Sales Manager will ideally have a strong background in sales and marketing within the HVAC or building services sector and must be within a commutable distance to Solihull, with regular office presence required.

 Package

£50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience

Drive new business development within the HVAC/building services market.
Lead and manage all marketing strategy, communications, and HVAC campaigns.
Source and analyse HVAC market data to identify commercial opportunities.
Manage lead funnels, qualification, and structured follow-up.
Work closely with senior leadership, taking on long-term succession responsibilities.Internal Sales Manager / Sales & Marketing Manager / Strategic Sales Manager Requirements:

Strong sales experience in the HVAC or building services sector.
Proven background in sales and marketing within HVAC industry.
Ability to build HVAC campaigns, interpret market data, and manage lead pipelines.
Be able to bring in new business and promote and grow the company’s reputation.
Must live within commutable distance to Solihull with regular office presence
