We are recruiting for an Internal Sales Manager to join a growing business within a project led environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of the sales pipeline, building strong customer relationships and working closely with internal teams to ensure opportunities progress smoothly from enquiry through to order.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of the live sales pipeline and manage opportunities
Follow up enquiries swiftly to maintain momentum
Prioritise opportunities based on commercial value, urgency and likelihood of conversion
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Coordinate customer meetings and site visits
Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring all customer activities are up to date
Produce accurate reports and forecasts
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless service
Identify sales trends, market opportunities and areas for continuous improvement
Monitor conversion rates and implement strategies to improve sales performance
Ensure a professional, responsive and customer focused approach throughout the sales process 
Skills, Experience & Training Requirements

Minimum of 2–3 years' experience within an Internal Sales, Sales Manager, Account Management or Commercial role
Experience within a consultative or project led sales environment
Strong commercial awareness with a focus on revenue generation and customer satisfaction
Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
Previous experience using CRM systems to manage sales activity and forecasting
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and opportunities for improvement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
