IT Infrastructure Site Manager EMEA & APAC (CRO/CDMO)
Exciting opportunity to lead IT site services and lab systems across multiple international sites. The opportunity includes oversight of Level 2 IT support, Smart Hands services, asset management, and lab systems support globally. The individual will also lead the IT Support for Labs team, ensuring compliance, performance, and continuous improvement. European travel will be required for this role - 1 or 2 times a quarter.
Role Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include:
Global IT Site Services & Support (circa 2000 users)
Asset & Equipment Management
Smart Hands Support
IT Support for laboratories (over 600 systems)
Budget and Financial Management
Change Management
Customer Experience
Innovation and Digital Transformation - new initiatives/new technology
Leadership & Team Development
Person Specification
Essential skills will include:
Proven experience in IT infrastructure operations and end user services
Strong knowledge of backup, restore, patch management, and security compliance
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SCCM, Intune, and Teams Room technologies
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships
Commitment to process automation, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance
