Up to £45,000 

Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a growing architectural practice based in Leamington Spa. Our client is looking to appoint a motivated and detail-oriented Job Running Architectural Technician to take responsibility for delivering projects across a varied and growing portfolio, with a particular focus on Education and Hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities for this Job Running Architectural Technician role:

• Lead the day-to-day technical delivery of projects from concept through to completion
• Manage drawing packages, technical design development, and coordination across project teams
• Prepare and oversee detailed planning application submissions and supporting technical documentation
• Produce and review high-quality technical drawings, layouts, and construction information
• Liaise directly with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and best practice technical standards

Key Requirements for this Job Running Architectural Technician role:

• Proven experience running projects through all RIBA stages (technical delivery focus)
• Strong experience within Education and/or Hospitality sectors desired
• Proficiency in Vectorworks desired (Revit or other BIM software beneficial)
• Strong understanding of construction methods, detailing, and UK Building Regulations
