Junior Accounts Assistant 

Full Time - Permanent

Melksham - OFFICE BASED 

£26,000 - £28,000pa d.o.e

Our client is currently is seeking a Junior Accounts Assistant to join their growing team in Melksham. You will be an integral part of the business, supporting the Senior Bookkeeper with a variety of duties: 

Duties:

Monitoring the accounts inbox
Raising customer credit notes
Processing vendor credit notes
Processing invoices
Posting and reconciling credit card expenses
Maintaining Customer Account Details
Coding & Filing Invoices
Answering general accounting queriesSkills and Experience:

Previous experience working within a similar role or currently studying AAT 
Knowledge of SAGE
Good communication skills The working hours for this role are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
