This is a UK-wide remote opportunity for a Junior Data Analyst who can work independently, stay organised, and contribute reliably within a structured home-based setup.
About the Role:
You will support reporting, analysis, and structured business insight by working with datasets, dashboards, and performance information across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, clean, and organise data from multiple internal sources
Maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards used by stakeholders
Identify patterns, issues, or opportunities within operational data
Support weekly and monthly reporting cycles with accurate analysis
Document assumptions, logic, and data definitions clearly
Work with teams to improve reporting quality and data consistency
Provide clear summaries that support better decision-making
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in analysis, reporting, or data-focused work
Strong Excel or spreadsheet capability
Good numerical reasoning and attention to detail
Ability to explain findings clearly and work in a structured way
Confidence handling large datasets without losing accuracy
Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
