Job Description

Key Stage 1 Teacher – Full-time, long-term temporary role starting April 2026 with no planning requiredThis school offers a calm, well‑organised, and nurturing environment where pupils thrive through supportive staff, clear expectations, and engaging learning experiences. Leaders work closely with teachers to maintain high standards, ensuring pupils feel safe, motivated, and confident in their progress. Children respond positively to consistent routines and teaching that fosters curiosity, independence, and steady academic growth. The school is made up of three mixed Year 1/2 classes, and teachers benefit from fully prepared planning, meaning all lesson plans are already created and ready to deliver. The role runs until the end of the academic year.
