The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Business Studies and Economics teacher with QTS or an equivalent overseas qualification, that possesses excellent teaching, management, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to ensure that each school's ethos remains at the core of student learning.

Tradewind Recruitment are excited to recruiting for a talented Teacher of KS 5 Business Studies and Economics to join a thriving and ambitious girl's school within the London borough of Lewisham. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Business Studies and Economics teacher to work in a school that has been rated as Outstanding by OFSTED in the last three inspections. The school also boasts a Sixth Form that is co-educational and offers primarily level 3 courses. Please note, this is purely a KS 5 timetable.

Key functions
To teach the subjects, classes and groups as allocated by the Head of Business Studies and Economics and the Headship Team
To ensure that high quality teaching and learning takes place in all allocated classes
To support and participate in the curriculum development work of the Business Studies and Economics Curriculum Area, including the writing of schemes of work and programmes of study
To assist the Head of Business Studies and Economics in the maintenance of high standards of work and behaviour within Business and Economics
To be a Form Tutor and to carry out the specified duties in accordance with the job description of a Form Tutor or Sixth Form Tutor
To support the Senior Leadership Team in the effective operation of the School
