Are you an experienced Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO) looking for your next interim assignment?
We are seeing a significant increase in demand for experienced LADO professionals across London and the South East, with a number of local authorities actively recruiting for both short-term and longer-term contracts.

What We're Looking For

Experienced LADO professionals with a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures
Social Work England registered practitioners (where applicable)
Experience managing allegations against professionals, volunteers and those working with children
Strong multi-agency working and decision-making skills
Knowledge of relevant legislation, statutory guidance and safeguarding frameworks
