Composite Laminator – Automotive / Motorsport / Aerospace

 TXM Recruit are supporting a leading composites manufacturer in the search for an experienced Composite Laminator. This role involves laminating tooling and components across automotive, aerospace, and motorsport projects while working to engineering drawings and production specifications.

 Key Responsibilities
Laminating tooling and composite components.

Preparing and sealing patterns/moulds and applying release agents.

Vacuum bagging of tooling and components.

Loading ovens and autoclaves.

Template creation and kit-cutting for production.

Meeting customer delivery deadlines without compromising quality.

Contributing to 5S and LEAN manufacturing initiatives.Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Composite Laminator.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings and follow laminating manuals.

Strong organisational skills and a proactive, “can-do” mindset.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with autoclave operations.

Basic understanding of race car or road car construction.
