Must have’s

  * Previous experience in cold calling, outbound sales, business development or another target-driven role

  * Confident speaking to new people over the phone and able to build rapport quickly

  * Resilient and comfortable handling objections and rejection

  * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets

  * Driven, ambitious and eager to develop within a sales environment

  * Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

  * Confident using IT systems and CRM software

Nice to have’s

  * Previous B2B sales experience

  * Experience working in a high-volume outbound calling environment

  * Experience using LinkedIn or email as part of a sales process

  * Experience researching and qualifying prospective clients

  * Previous experience working towards activity or revenue-based targets

So, what will you be doing?

  * Making outbound cold calls to identify and engage potential new clients

  * Generating new business opportunities through calls, LinkedIn, email and other digital channels

  * Researching businesses and identifying relevant decision-makers

  * Speaking with prospective clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities

  * Building strong relationships with new prospects and developing them into qualified opportunities

  * Handling objections confidently and keeping conversations moving forward

  * Qualifying leads and managing your own sales pipeline

  * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records

  * Working closely with the wider sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities

  * Working towards daily, weekly and monthly activity and performance targets

  * Sharing feedback and market insights to help improve the sales approach
