Job Description

Sales Executive role for one of the UK’s leading automotive retail groups, working within a busy dealership environment and helping customers through the full vehicle sales journey. Great salary, benefits, bonus opportunities and ongoing training available.
 
 Must have the right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.
  
 Location: Cheltenham - Motorcycles
 Pay / salary: £21,000 basic per annum, plus bonus, OTE £45,000 per annum
 Job type: Permanent / full-time role
 Shift and schedule: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, with a rotating/fixed day off during the working week, no Sundays.

 You would be joining an established automotive retail group representing a range of well-known car, commercial vehicle and motorcycle brands. The business places strong emphasis on customer care, professional standards and developing its people through brand training, internal support and clear progression opportunities.
 
 Skills and experience
 •    Previous experience as a Sales Executive, Car Sales Executive, Sales Consultant or similar customer-facing sales role is preferred.
 
 Job Responsibilities for the Sales Executive role
 •    Meet and greet customers, build rapport and understand their vehicle needs, budget and preferences.
 •    Guide customers through the full new and used vehicle sales process, from enquiry to test drive, quotation, order and handover.
 •    Present vehicles professionally, explain key features and arrange demonstrations and test drives in line with dealership standards.
 •    Follow up showroom, telephone and online enquiries, maintaining strong customer relationships and accurate records.
 •    Contribute towards dealership sales targets, profitability and customer satisfaction standards while following company and compliance processes.
