About the role
I’m currently leading a search for a Lead Primary Design Engineer to join a leading energy contractor who work on substation and renewable projects for a number of DNOs and private clients.
The business is experiencing significant growth and needs a lead engineer with extensive background in primary substation design in the UK—with a heavy emphasis on knowledge/experience of SSE/SSEN projects and expectations.
This is an excellent senior opportunity for a primary design expert who is looking for their next role.
The Essentials:

Experience: 5+ years of primary design experience, with a strong preference for those who have worked extensively on SSE/SSEN projects

Qualifications: Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Location: Flexible depending on experience. Various office locations and hybrid options are available.

Package: £60,000 - £80,000
