Job Description

A welcoming and supportive special needs school in Welwyn Garden city is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.

 You will be working closely with teachers and support staff to assist students with a range of needs, helping to create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience supporting students with ASD, MLD, SEMH, and challenging behaviour
Is patient, resilient, and passionate about supporting young people
Can build strong, positive relationships with students and staff
