Job Description

Job Title: Learning & Organisation Development Specialist
 Location: Stanley/Gosforth (Hybrid, some travel required)
 Contract Type: Fixed Term – 5 months
 Hours: 22.2 hours per week (part-time, flexible working available)
 Salary: £41,315.09 per annum (pro rata)

 We’re looking for an experienced Learning & Organisation Development Specialist to join our clients People & OD team on a part-time basis for maternity cover. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by shaping culture, embedding change, and enhancing the learning experience for colleagues across the organisation.

 Key Responsibilities

Design, deliver and embed effective learning and organisational development interventions.
Scope, implement, and evaluate measurable programmes that align with business strategy.
Create engaging digital and physical content using modern tools and facilitation techniques.
Support managers and teams with L&OD advice, guidance, and coaching.
Collaborate with stakeholders across ICT, Communications, and the wider People & OD team.
Contribute to succession planning, apprenticeships, and graduate development programmes.What We’re Looking For

Proven experience delivering L&OD programmes in complex, changing environments.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Confident in digital content creation and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint).
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
Passionate about workplace learning, organisational culture, and service excellence.Desirable:
