Learning Support Assistant - Chester & Surrounding Areas

Do you thrive on helping children overcome challenges and achieve their best? We are recruiting a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in the Chester area.

What You'll Be Doing:
 As a Learning Supporting Assistant with Academics, you will:

Provide tailored support to pupils with varying needs, including SEN
Encourage positive learning behaviours and emotional wellbeing
Assist teachers in delivering engaging, accessible lessons
Help create a supportive environment where every child feels valued
Work 1:1 or with small groups to boost confidence and progressWho We're Looking For:
 You might be an experienced school support professional - or someone with transferable skills ready to step into education. We welcome applicants who are:

Confident in building relationships and offering reassurance
Adaptable and proactive in the classroom
Willing to learn and further develop their skills
