Learning Support Assistant | Waltham Forest | Flexible Daily Supply | £82.14-£100 per day | ASAP Start

Reeson Education is recruiting adaptable Learning Support Assistants to join our flexible supply pool across primary schools in Waltham Forest. This is an ideal role for a Learning Support Assistant who wants variety, flexibility and the opportunity to support pupils with additional learning needs across different school settings.

Schools in Walthamstow, Leyton, Leytonstone and Chingford regularly request experienced Learning Support Assistants who can support SEN pupils, provide general classroom assistance and maintain continuity during staff absences. As a flexible Learning Support Assistant, you will work across multiple schools, helping children who rely on consistent support.

Learning Support Assistant - Key Information

Rate: £82.14-£100 per day

Start: ASAP

Contract: Daily supply, flexible days

Location: Waltham Forest

Pattern: Choose the days you want to work

What a Learning Support Assistant Will Do

Provide 1:1 and small-group SEN support across various schools

Assist teachers with daily routines, learning tasks and behaviour support

Help pupils with communication, emotional regulation and engagement

Quickly adapt to new classrooms and work confidently with different teams

Support pupils with needs such as autism, ADHD, SEMH and speech & language

Requirements for a Learning Support Assistant

Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or similar SEN support role

Calm, patient and confident supporting a range of needs

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility and reliability for short-notice bookings

Ability to travel to Waltham Forest schools as required
