Learning Support Assistant Roles – Reading | September Start

Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant looking for your next opportunity in Reading? Teaching Personnel is working with a number of supportive and inclusive schools across the area, seeking dedicated LSAs to join their teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting pupils in their learning and development, both inside and outside the classroom.

 The Role:

Learning Support Assistant positions available across primary and secondary schools in Reading
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Assisting with classroom activities and lesson delivery
Supporting students with additional needs, including SEN, behavioural needs, and learning difficulties
Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
