he Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
Assist with learning activities tailored to individual needs.
Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
Work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide the best possible support.
Help create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate
Has experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred but not essential).
Is patient, compassionate and resilient.
Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Is committed to supporting pupils with diverse learning needs.
Holds an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one.
