The school promotes a nurturing ethos and offers a supportive leadership team dedicated to the development of both pupils and staff.

The school is looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant on a long-term basis with the opportunity to become permanent for the right Learning Support Assistant. The successful Learning Support Assistant will provide dedicated 1:1 support to a Key Stage 1 pupil with Autism / ASD, helping them access the curriculum, develop confidence and achieve positive learning outcomes while working closely with the class teacher and SENCO.

The successful Learning Support Assistant will have:

Experience supporting children with Autism / ASD
Experience working within a UK Primary School
A patient, caring and positive approach to supporting learning
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
A proactive and adaptable attitude
