Salary: £30,500 - £43,500 per annum (Grade 3-4) 

Location: Staffordshire 

Contract Type: Full Time - Permanent

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lecturer in Motor Vehicle to join a busy, professional and growing STEM team and inspire the next generation of engineers.

Role Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality teaching across Motor Vehicle programmes up to Level 3. 

Plan, coordinate, and develop engaging and industry-relevant curriculum content. 

Support and motivate learners to achieve their full potential and improve employability prospects. 

Contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching, learning, and assessment. 

Work collaboratively within a dedicated team to create an engaging and supportive learning environment. 

Essential Requirements

Extensive industry experience in the motor vehicle sector.  

A relevant Level 3 qualification in the subject area. 

A teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, or PTTLS) or a willingness to work towards one. 

Organised, proactive, and a strong team player with excellent communication skills. 

Experience working with SEN students is desired but not essential.
