Job Description

We’re working with a well-established and growing property business in Exeter looking to add a Lettings Property Manager to their team. You’ll support the wider lettings function while managing key aspects of a residential portfolio, making sure everything runs smoothly for both landlords and tenants.

Responsibilities:

  * Acting as a key point of contact for tenants and landlords, handling queries and keeping everyone in the loop

  * Coordinating maintenance and repair works from start to finish

  * Liaising with contractors to ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard

  * Arranging and monitoring safety checks (gas, electrical, etc.) and keeping records compliant

  * Carrying out property visits and inspections, identifying any issues early

  * Managing move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties

  * Keeping internal systems, schedules, and property records accurate and up to date

Ideal Candidate:

  * Previous experience in lettings or property management (ideally 1+ year)

  * Strong customer service skills — professional, approachable, and solutions-focused

  * Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

  * Confident communicator, both written and verbal

  * Able to work independently but also thrive as part of a team

  * Full UK driving licence is essential
