Key Responsibilities
Provide effective classroom support across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
Assist in delivering small-group and 1:1 interventions
Support teachers in preparing and adapting learning materials
Help promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Work with pupils with SEND, providing tailored support where needed
Help maintain a safe, stimulating, and well-organised learning environment
Supervise pupils during break, lunch, or school activities as required
Contribute to assessment through observation and feedback
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Has experience supporting children in a school setting
Is patient, nurturing, and committed to helping children succeed
Communicates effectively and works well as part of a team
Can use initiative, stay calm under pressure, and follow school procedures
