We are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Northampton that is seeking a dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers and the wider support team to provide high-quality support across the primary age range. You will play an important role in helping pupils engage with learning, develop key skills, and thrive both academically and socially. About the Role As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will support teaching and learning within the classroom, working with individuals, small groups, and occasionally whole classes under the direction of the class teacher. You will help create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to achieve their best.
