Job Description

Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Practitioner to join our dynamic team. You will be a key person for a small group of children, planning engaging activities, tracking progress, and building strong relationships with families. This is a full time position, starting after October half term and lasting until the end of the academic year in the first instance.

About the Nursery:
This warm and welcoming nursery provides high-quality care and education for children aged 6 months to 5 years. Rated "Good" by Ofsted, they follow a child-led approach within the EYFS framework, with a focus on nurturing independence, confidence, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver age-appropriate, stimulating activities

Observe, assess, and track children's development

Maintain accurate records using EYFS frameworks

Promote safeguarding, health, and safety standards

Build strong relationships with parents and carers

Prerequisites:

Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent)

Knowledge of the EYFS and child development

Strong communication skills

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)

All candidates who register with Simply Education are required to provide references for the previous 2 years of work, as well as complete an enhanced DBS check. Any interviews we hold will be conducted over a Teams call
