Level 3 Early Years Practitioner Long Ashton, Bristol £14.00 per hour Full Time Start Date: ASAP Join Our Friendly Early Years Team We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery setting in Long Ashton. This is a full-time position with an immediate start. The successful candidate will primarily be based within our Toddler Room, supporting children to learn, develop and thrive through engaging play and high-quality interactions. However, flexibility is essential as you may be required to work across different age groups and rooms when needed. Key Responsibilities Provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for all children. Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that support learning and development. Build strong, positive relationships with children, families and colleagues. Observe, assess and record children's progress in line with the EYFS framework. Support children's emotional wellbeing, independence and social development. Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety and childcare practice. Work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to the needs of the nursery. Requirements Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent recognised childcare qualification). Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities. Experience working with children in an early years setting. A positive, flexible and proactive approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
