Our truly one of a kind bespoke Lift Engineering client is looking for an accomplished Lift construction project manager to lead surveyors and construction of new installs. Your Role as a Lift Construction Project Manager will Include:

* Construction & New lift focus - Unique and niche lift projects
 * High End & Bespoke single lift projects ranging between £250k - £1.2m
 * Site surveyors, client liaison and lifecycle management
 * Leading specialist installation teams ensuring on time, on budget delivery

The successful Lift Construction Project Manager will need:

* Lift Industry & product knowledge preferably install & construction
 * Main contractor liaison and site survey experience
 * Bespoke or specialist lift exposure is advantageous
 * NVQ 3 or 4 minimum within lift engineering
