Job Description

Job Title: Logistics Executive Assistant (PA to Head of Logistics)

Location: Doncaster

Hours: Monday to Friday - Days

Salary: £30,000 - £40.000

We are seeking a highly organised, discreet and professional Logistics Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Head of Logistics. This is a key support role, operating more like a Personal Assistant within a fast-paced logistics environment.

The successful candidate will be trusted with confidential information and will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the logistics function.

Key Responsibilities

Providing dedicated PA support to the Head of Logistics
Diary management, meeting coordination and daily scheduling
Booking travel arrangements including flights, hotels and transport
Minute taking during meetings and distributing accurate notes
Supporting with day-to-day administrative and operational logistics tasks
Liaising with internal teams and external partners where required
Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion at all times
General support to ensure smooth operational flow within the department

Key Requirements

Previous experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role
Experience working within a logistics or transport environment (preferred)
Strong organisational and time management skills
High level of discretion, integrity and professionalism
Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
